I woke up bright and early – 4 AM seems to be the norm lately.
The good news is, that I woke up feeling like I wanted to go for a RUN! And then jump on my bike and cycle a bazillion miles. Waking up feeling rested, is rare for me, so I am VERY grateful when it happens.
I won’t run or cycle, but I will walk, once the light fills the sky. Mornings are black as black out there now. Summer left us far too soon. That means walking later in the morning. I live rural, and there are no street lights 🙂
Today I will be packing up, doing laundry a few errands, juicing greens and veggies all day, bathing and grooming Teddy for the big (little) city of Victoria, filling up my gas tank, making a bunch of phone calls and spending time B R E A T H I N G and being G R A T E F U L for everything G O O D that has happened, and that is happening.
So many people are helping me move through this breast cancer treatment with prayers, well wishes, positive thoughts and good vibes. Hundreds, I think. I am truly spiritually blessed.
Love,
Brenda
