Have you ever felt stuck? Really stuck? Paralysed with fear, unable to take any action at all? The kind of anxiety where, no matter what anybody else says or does, you don’t feel that you can change? The type of fear where no self-help book or video or famous person saying famous quotes can help you change? I mean stuck. Where no amount of massage, meditation, yoga, breathing, diet or exercise … nothing, shifts it?
Well that was me. Stuck, for days, weeks, months, years? … in several areas of my life. I don’t recommend it to anybody. Generalized Anxiety Disorder, P.T.S.D., Fibromyalgia and more, shall no longer have control over me.
Good-Bye Stuck.! Good riddance.
Stuck … Until just moments ago. One email correspondence, or a lifetime of moments building up, prior to that (we will never know) … just changed me.

An entire world (and ocean) awaits with new people, opportunities.
It’s time to wake up, to get up, to get back out there, and to be thankful for it all, along the way.
Gratitude amongst other skills and daily routines shall get me to where I want to go. I shall never spend another moment ungrateful. There is so much in life to be grateful for and I am surrounded by it each and every day. It’s time to take noticing internally, to the external, and to make it a way of life.
